The School has an Administration service where information on the academic life of all of the students of the School is kept on file. The Administration personnel attend to the needs of the students, and any person who needs any document issued by the School, within their hours of opening. The function of the Administration is under the responsibility of the Secretary.

Students must present the necessary documentation for registration, which will accredit them as official students of the centre, in Administration. Registration is effected at the beginning of each academic year, on the dates and times that set and announced at the appropriate time (Consult ENTRANCE).

The operations that are carried out in Administration are the following:


  • request for Academic Record (this includes the certification of academic grades/marks).

  • request for Certificate of grade point average.

  • request for academic titles, once studies have been completed.

  • handling of documentation for grants/scholarships.

    The preparation of these documents requires a certain amount of time, so it is a good idea not to request them at the last minute.
