non-teaching staff

In order for the School to be able to function, there is a group of persons whose functions include service, administration, maintenance, cleaning, attending the public, reprography service, care-taking surveillance, etc... This group is known under the title Administration and Services Personnel. Their work, although it does not involve teaching or organisation, is fundamental for the smooth operation of the centre.

This group of persons is made up of:

  • the porters or caretakers, who help the headship of the School in executive functions, and the teachers in their work. The maintenance of school material and patrimonial material is their responsibility, as well as the supervision of the cleaning staff. They also attend to students and the public insofar as answering their queries and information is concerned.

  • the administrative staff, who work in the administration offices, attending to the public during office hours, as well as in the preparation of documents that are requested and in looking after material that is kept on file.

  • the cleaning personnel, who are responsible for the daily cleaning of the work areas.
