Queridas y queridos amigas y amigos de nuestro encuentro internacional de joyer\u00eda contempor\u00e1nea y de autor en Valencia,<\/p>\n

Hoy es domingo, 3 de mayo, el d\u00eda en el que deb\u00edamos estar todos reunidos celebrando nuestro 5\u00ba Melting Point, pero las dolorosas circunstancias que estamos viviendo en tantos pa\u00edses lo han hecho imposible.<\/p>\n

Hemos cometido la descortes\u00eda de no ponernos en contacto con vosotros durante este tiempo. No lo hemos hecho porque durante un tiempo confiamos en que la situaci\u00f3n se resolviera, lo que al final ha demostrado ser una \u201chuida hacia delante\u201d. M\u00e1s tarde, porque intentamos organizar el aplazamiento de todo lo previsto a otras fechas en las que esa \u201cnueva normalidad\u201d de la que tanto se habla, permitiera la reapertura de los museos, la reactivaci\u00f3n de las actividades culturales en grupo, las reuniones y los viajes entre unos pa\u00edses y otros, algo que, sin embargo, todav\u00eda nadie est\u00e1 en situaci\u00f3n de hacer.<\/p>\n

Ambas razones no justifican la descortes\u00eda, y por ello, os pedimos disculpas y, a la vez, os damos las gracias a quienes hoy est\u00e1is recordando en redes sociales que del jueves 30 de abril al domingo 3 de mayo deb\u00edamos estar juntos y celebrando nuestro Melting Point 2020 Joieria Contempor\u00e0nia Val\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n

En breve la organizaci\u00f3n podr\u00e1 tomar decisiones sobre el futuro de esta 5\u00aa edici\u00f3n. Hasta entonces, un fuerte abrazo y gracias por vuestro cari\u00f1o y vuestro apoyo.<\/p>\n

Dear friends of our international contemporary and author jewelry meeting in Valencia,<\/p>\n

Today is Sunday, May 3, the day when we should all be together celebrating our 5th Melting Point, however the painful circumstances we are experiencing in so many countries have made it impossible.<\/p>\n

We have been discourteous by not contacting you during this time. We have not done so because, for a time we, were confident that the situation would be resolved, which in the end has proven to be a \u201cflight forward\u201d. Later, because we tried to organize the postponement of everything foreseen to other dates in which this \u201cnew normal\u201d of which there is so much talk, allowed the reopening of museums, the reactivation of group cultural activities, meetings and travel between some countries and others, something that, however, still nobody is in a position to do.<\/p>\n

Both reasons do not justify the impoliteness, and for this, we apologize and, at the same time, we thank those of you who are reminding us today on social networks that from Thursday, April 30 to Sunday, May 3, we should be together and celebrating our Melting Point 2020 Joieria Contempor\u00e0nia Val\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n

The organization will shortly be able to make decisions about the future of this 5th edition. Until then, a big hug and thanks for your love and your support.<\/p>\n
