Batiste Roca"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To create a photographic journey that introduces newcomers to the <em>almuerzo<\/em>, the mid-morning meal \u2014 a whole gastronomic ritual rooted in the Valencian Community from Monday to Sunday. To this end, an editorial is created about a deeply rooted habit: the <em>almuerzo<\/em>, a ritual that has been sacred for centuries, practiced especially by farmers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nowadays it is common among the unemployed, homemakers, workers and Sunday strollers.
