To create a photographic journey that introduces newcomers to the almuerzo, the mid-morning meal — a whole gastronomic ritual rooted in the Valencian Community from Monday to Sunday. To this end, an editorial is created about a deeply rooted habit: the almuerzo, a ritual that has been sacred for centuries, practiced especially by farmers.

Nowadays it is common among the unemployed, homemakers, workers and Sunday strollers. Almost everyone has a bite to eat between nine and eleven in the morning, each with their own routine, alone or in company, on weekdays or at the weekend, enjoying a good sandwich or a slice of coca.
