Recommended entry profile

As this is a career-oriented, eminently practical master’s degree, students will work on fashion projects from the very beginning. For this reason, it is recommended that they have prior knowledge of fashion design culture, an intermediate-to-advanced level in pattern-making and garment-construction techniques, and design and creation software.

Selection criteria

– The competences and sensitivity demonstrated towards fashion, their way of understanding it as a cultural, artistic and narrative expression, as well as the connection with society and respect for it and for the future ecological industry.
– Competence in the use of specific software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
– Intermediate-level competence in pattern-making and garment construction.
– Social skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
– Language competence in English.
– A personal interview with the student assessing the following aspects: a) their communication skills; b) their interest in taking the Master’s; c) their willingness to work as a team.

Partner companies

A fundamental objective of the Master’s is for students to engage with the reality of business, deepening their understanding of its processes and dynamics and getting to know a variety of sectors. That is why, each year, we work with several companies where students carry out their internships and develop the projects of the different modules. We have worked with the following companies:

Sustainable fashion designer

Sustainability consultant for fashion brands

Ethical supply chain manager
