Drawing on the nostalgia evoked by a blurred memory, the photobook Vora el mar reflects on the loss of the essence of the coastal town, silenced by mass tourism. Specifically, it explores the case of Moraira, my town.

The project aims to be the memory I never lived of that unspoiled Moraira, before touristification had made its impact. With my own memory as a basis, I create a timeless image of the town in which past and present intertwine to reflect on territory, identity and memory.
